Fat-Burning Salad Dressing



Ingredients (makes 6 servings, about 3/4 cup)


  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise, you can make your own (55 g / 1.9 oz)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, you can make your own
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (60 ml / 2 fl oz)
  • 2 tbsp MCT oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs of choice (parsley, oregano, basil, chives, etc.)
  • salt and pepper to taste (I like pink Himalayan salt)
